Changes at Lake Lukna – Smart Energy is carrying out improvement works to create a modern public outdoor area that will be accessible to all residents and visitors of Augšdaugava Municipality. In professional cooperation with Livland Group, the project design and construction supervision are being provided to ensure sustainable solutions and high quality standards.
