Smart Energy has been entrusted as the general contractor for the reconstruction of a historic building at Torņakalna Street 16 in Riga.
📍The building is located in the heart of Torņakalns, opposite Torņakalns Lutheran Church. It was built at the end of the 19th century based on the design of architect Reinhold Georg Schmaeling and has preserved its characteristic yellow brick masonry and neoclassical facade to this day.
During the reconstruction:
🏡 14 modern rental apartments will be created
🏛️ the building’s historic architecture will be preserved
🛠️ the overall technical condition of the building will be improved
A place is being created in Torņakalns where historic architecture meets modern living quality.
